These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Virtual Album Store (“VAS”) website, mobile applications, and services operated by Castlemeghan Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Virtual Album Store (VAS) is operated by Castlemeghan Ltd.

VAS provides a marketplace through which independent artists, musicians, creators, film makers and content originators may sell digital and physical media directly to customers.

  1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

  1. PRODUCTS AVAILABLE

Products available may include:

  • Digital music downloads
    • Albums
    • Singles
    • EPs
    • Videos
    • Mini movies
    • 360° virtual productions
    • Physical CDs
    • Other approved media products
  1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Once payment has been completed, digital products may be downloaded or streamed subject to availability.

Downloaded content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • Copy
    • Resell
    • Redistribute
    • Upload to file sharing services
    • Commercially exploit content

without permission from the copyright owner.

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Where artists offer physical products:

  • Delivery times are estimates only.
    • Responsibility for fulfilment rests with the selling artist.
    • VAS acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.
  1. PRICING

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes will be shown where required by law.

  1. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and approved payment providers.

VAS does not store full payment card details.

  1. REFUNDS

Digital Products

Under UK consumer legislation, digital content that has been downloaded or accessed is generally non-refundable once delivery has begun.

Refund requests may be considered where:

  • The download is unavailable.
    • Files are corrupted.
    • Content differs materially from its description.

Physical Products

Customers may request refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Artists remain responsible for resolving fulfilment disputes.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content remains the property of the relevant artist, creator, or rights holder.

No ownership rights are transferred to customers through purchase.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform unlawfully.
    • Interfere with platform operations.
    • Upload malicious software.
    • Attempt unauthorised access.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VAS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
    • Loss of profits
    • Loss of business
    • Loss of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

  1. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Northern Ireland.
